ScoreSheet constitutes the second component of the "Professional Toolkit for Scoring," providing an essential tool for referees during technique competitions. It allows officials to assign scores concurrently as athletes perform their routines. In Taekwondo, scoring is divided into two phases: accuracy and presentation. Accuracy is assessed during the athlete’s demonstration, with the subsequent evaluation of presentation immediately following.

Multiple views are available for recording accuracy, including Tally-Sheet, Number Wheel, and Albion. The Tally-Sheet offers a traditional handwritten-style interface; the Number Wheel permits direct point assignment; and Albion allows referees to directly determine the winner—blue or red. The presentation score is typically determined using a plus-minus system, where scores are adjusted with simple increment or decrement actions.

ScoreSheet also provides support for freestyle competitions through a dedicated view designed specifically for such events. This view is selectable as the accuracy interface, while the presentation view should be set to hidden during freestyle performances to streamline scoring.

On the iPad, ScoreSheet can integrate with Part-One of the "Professional Toolkit for Scoring," enabling real-time access to the current start order. Notably, data transferred between devices will not be stored on the iPhone or iPad, ensuring privacy and data security.
